This informative and practical workshop is for anyone who has sleep difficulties. 

Learn about sleep physiology, body clock rhythms, sleeping 'education', and ways to wind down the overactive mind and body. 

The course covers the role of sleep posture, sleep preparation, light and temperatures. Breathing, simple meditative and physical techniques to improve sleeping patterns are practised throughout the workshop.

A range of naturopathic approaches to deeper, more natural sleep patterns are also covered.
