Shiatsu 1 (including tutorials)
This foundational unit demonstrates the philosophy and basic techniques for performing a Shiatsu treatment. You will gain an understanding of several styles of Shiatsu including Classical and Zen Shiatsu techniques. We will cover all of the basic Shiatsu sequences as well as introduce specific principles of Hara, postural maintenance and appropriate application of pressure to the Meridians pathways.
