Developing an 'attitude of gratitude' is one of the simplest ways to improve your satisfaction with life.  

In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness.  Expressing thanks helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity and build strong relationships.

Learn how to be receptive on a daily basis and practice the benefits of living gratefully. For those of us that need some weekly focus or a bit of discipline to sit down and 'journal' our gratitude, these sessions are for you.
