College Policies
A student may be suspended or expelled from nature Care College at the absolute discretion of the
College Director of Studies and Directors in regards to:
• Failure to uphold and maintain the College Policies as stated in the Course Guide, Student Handbook and Enrolment terms and conditions.
• Misconduct and repeated disruption in the classroom.
• Cheating in an exam as reported by his/her lecturer
• Non payment of fees – course and clinic fees are to be paid strictly in accordance with the College’s Enrolment Terms and Conditions.
• Non-compliance will results in the student being ineligible to re-enrol.
• Non-compliance will result in the student being ineligible to receive an Academic Records, Advanced diploma, Diploma, Certificate IV or Statement of attainment until all outstanding course and clinic fees have been finalised.
• No student may diagnose, prescribe or practice, unless under a College supervisor, until fully qualified.
A student shall have the right of appeal against a determination of the Director of Studies or Academic Board to suspension or expulsion. Such notice must be received in writing within seven (7) days of the determination. Nature Care college reserved the right to alter curriculum. All fees are subject to change.
Professional Qualification ProgramsTo qualify for the College’s Qualification Programs a student must fulfill the following obligations:
• Demonstrate to the College that academic and technical skills have been obtained to a satisfactory level, through attendance and examination.
• Demonstrate to the College that he/she will be a suitable member of the profession through appropriate behavior, character and demeanor and have the abilities to provide safe, caring and professional advice to a patient/client.
• Satisfy all academic and clinical training requirements as deemed by the College’s academic staff through the College assessment policies.
• Satisfy all financial obligations to the College.
