Wholefood and plant-based living is rapidly growing around the globe. People are keen to discover the benefits not only for a healthy lifestyle but also for the environment.
Knowledge is empowerment and since 1973, Nature Care College has been encouraging people to learn as much as they can about living a wholesome life to nourish, balance and increase energy for a healthy mind & body.
Many of us have been aware of the benefits of eating less meat and filling our plates with a variety of colourful, seasonal vegetables and fruits. There is increasing and compelling evidence that processed foods and animal products, even in moderation, are leading the cause of modern disease. In 2017, the Word Health Organisation released a landmark report denouncing processed meats as group 1 carcinogens.
Wholefood and plant-based sources of nutrients tend to be low in saturated fat, high in fibre and rich in antioxidants. Research indicates such diets decrease the incidence of dietary disease-related conditions including diabetes, heart disease, cancer and autoimmune disease.
A plant-based diet has enormous benefits to human health, the environment and sustainability. Leading nutritional and dietetic associations in the US, Australia and around the world regard plant-based diets as complete. It is their and other scientific institutions' opinions that a well-planned, plant-based diet is rich in protein, iron, calcium and other essential vitamins and minerals, making it appropriate for individuals during all stages of the life cycle.
Learn why it is never too late to transition into a wholefood plant-based diet. Learn how the dietary intake of wholefoods (foods taken from "the source" such as vegetables, fruits and legumes) retain the beneficial phytonutrients, (often removed in processed food) lead to significant benefits in health.

Testimonial
“Andrea is a 10 out of 10 trainer. She is so knowledgeable there is not one single question she does not have an answer for. I think we all can agree that, aside from her knowledge and experience, Andrea teaches from her heart. She is just lovely and compassionate, and such a patient teacher. Any course taught by Andrea, I have signed up and will sign up for the ones I haven't.
I really enjoyed the combination of theory and hands-on practical cooking classes. it was such fun way of learning.” - Sansan
