Ayurvedic Medicine - An Introduction provides participants with an insight into the practice of Ayurveda, from ancient times through to how to easily and seamlessly incorporate these into their daily routines.

Fundamentally an energetic system of healing, with physical tools and techniques to bring about balance, Ayurveda works with a system of body types, referred to as doshas.
