Wellness is personal.  Wellness is more than health – it’s your personal journey to a balanced, energized life.

In this empowering short course you will learn how to build habits in sleep, nutrition, and activity to master the foundations of physical wellbeing and make wellness a way of life.

This course explores the distinction between health and wellness, emphasising that wellness is an active, personal journey unique to each individual. It examines strategies for maintaining physical wellbeing, investigates the science and significance of healthy sleep, and offers guidance on building a strong foundation in physical activity and nutrition that can be applied in everyday life.

Short course Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
