Our purpose-built clinic in Bondi Junction aims to deliver a range of complimentary health and well being services. We are looking for like-minded practitioners to join our practice. We have 3 treatment rooms available for rent which can also be extended into a larger conference room.

Our rooms would suit a Naturopath, Nutritionist, Homeopath, Holistic Counsellor, Kinesiologist, Remedial Massage Therapist, Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, Reflexologist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Pilates Instructor or Exercise Physiologist.

Room rental includes:

- Fully furnished consultation room with bench top/table, chairs and artwork
- Reception and waiting room for clients
- Clinic security which includes an intercom/buzzer
- Reverse cycle air conditioning, water and electricity
- Staff kitchen with all amenities (microwave, fridge, kettle etc.)
- Private men and women’s bathroom
- Internet
- HICAPS machine
- Parking available in Westfield & Eastgate shopping centers and disability and paid parking on street frontage
- Therapist is responsible for client bookings and payment
- Extra charges apply for linen, merchant fees, administration, computer use, Cliniko booking practitioner software
- Ground floor access

Conference room also for hire outside business hours for workshops and events

Room rental rates

Full Day - $128 (INC GST) and discounted rate for multiple days

Open 7 days a week.
